how to return an unopened heater boxContact our Bermondsey support team within 30 days of delivery to request the return warehouse address. The unit must remain unused, undamaged, and inside its original retail packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product arrived with a technical defect.
can i pay with bank transferYes, we accept both cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. If you select bank transfer, instructions and our account details appear on the final confirmation screen. Orders confirmed by 14:00 on business days are prepared for dispatch that afternoon.
