Seller registration and company data appear on the Legal Notice page and in checkout receipts. Ship returns only to our designated depot address supplied during intake. Unauthorised parcels are rejected.

Buyers must be 18 years or older. Our heaters are sold for domestic, non-commercial use unless agreed under contract. We reserve the right to cancel or cap orders due to inventory limits, unverified details, or suspected fraud, issuing immediate refunds for cancelled transactions.

All amounts appear in GBP. Shipping charges display at final checkout before confirmation. Should an obvious pricing glitch occur, we reserve the right to correct it, letting you confirm at the revised sum or cancel without fee.

3.1 VAT and customs duties

Deliveries within United Kingdom include mandatory VAT. Shipments outside United Kingdom may trigger local duties and customs tariffs payable directly by the recipient. Refusing a shipment at customs converts it to a standard return, with return freight deducted from the final refund.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Store heating units in dry, temperate storage according to packaging guidelines. Observe any printed operational limits. Recycle packaging and decommissioned electrical components via certified local e-waste facilities.

Hardware arrives matched to listed specifications and free of manufacturing flaws. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all Heatoor appliances carry a statutory guarantee against manufacturing defects, electrical failure, and material flaws for a period of 12 months from the delivery date, subject to proper domestic operation. Heating units failing within your country statutory warranty period are evaluated for repair, replacement, or refund. Surface wear, drop damage, and improper electrical load are excluded.

You agree not to submit false orders, disrupt server performance, scrape client records, or upload unlawful content. Misuse triggers immediate platform access termination.

All copy, heater diagrams, photos, code, and logos remain intellectual property of Thermovar Heating Systems Ltd. or licensors. Personal offline copies are allowed; commercial syndication or distribution requires written sign-off.

Customer reviews represent real feedback from confirmed buyers; personal heating outcomes naturally vary. Submitting notes or photos grants us royalty-free permission to display them with your first name. We remove entries upon request and block inappropriate content.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. Unresolved claims fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where the seller maintains corporate registration. Consumers preserve the right to initiate actions within their domestic courts under non-waivable consumer protection statutes.

Order notices, dispatches, and policy updates route to your checkout email. Keep your contact details current and review spam folders. Outbound messages sent to that inbox count as legally served.

We may assign our rights and corporate obligations to a successor operating entity, provided customer terms remain equal. You may not assign purchase agreements without prior written approval.

A failure on our part to act on a specific breach does not waive our right to enforce that term later.

Any invalid term gets dropped immediately. The rest stays valid, replaced by the closest legal equivalent.

Breaching these terms terminates access. We cancel future orders, but dispatched parcels proceed normally.
